Excellence in dentistry begins with a careful diagnosis and treatment plan to establish the goals we will achieve together. Communication and long-term relationships are important to me. Let me know what is on your mind and ask questions. I will help you realize that an investment in yourself will pay dividends for a lifetime. I consider myself a caring, compassionate professional, dedicated to simplifying what is often a very complicated and confusing area of health care. I want all of my patients to be informed and knowledgeable about their dental health care, from treatment plans and services, to insurance coverage.
I graduated cum laude from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1981 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. At that time I was elected to membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national honor society Dentisty. I started a private practice in Waterford, New York, in the fall of 1981. I practiced in Waterford for 26 years before moving to my present office location in Cohoes, New York, in the fall of 2007.
I am committed to continually educating myself in order to provide the most competent level of care to my patients. In addition to my efforts to remain current with my reading, I have been recognized by the Dental Society of the State of New York for completing 500 hours of continuing education. I regularly attend the Yankee Dental Congress held in Boston every year so that I can personally see, touch and try out what's new in Dentistry. I am a member of the American Dental Association, The New York State Dental Association, and the Troy Dental Study Club.
I presently reside in Rexford, with Joanne, my wife of 32 years. I have three grown sons, Jason, Matthew and Christopher. I enjoy fishing, golf, movies, travel, cooking, and of course, eating fine Italian food.
